(Microsoft would almost definitely say that this action, as described therein, is not possible.) The links that it does have are rather vague, and are to other blogspot sites.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;They say if something sounds too good to be true then it probably is. In this case I think the site is a spoof and the links go to dubious places that install malware on your PC.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Excuse my cynicism; but I think that site is one to avoid.
